I believe that living every day to its fullest is the best way to ensure living a long, happy life. I wish I could say it was the drinking, smoking, whoring, and drugging that kept me young, but I haven’t done those in quite some time and I still feel and look pretty young! LOL!

The oldest woman in the world Jeanne Calment (122 years old when she died) smoked until 117 and she only gave up because she couldn’t see well enough to light a cigarette. She’s also supposed to have eaten up to 1 kilo of chocolate a week (2.5lbs). So that’s the secret of a long life.
